1. Discipline and Consistency
Trading success is built over time. Our evaluations are designed to reward disciplined execution, consistency, and risk control—not rushed, reckless, or gambling-style behavior. You have sufficient time to complete the evaluation objectives; strong risk management and adaptability matter most.
-
2. Trading Behaviour and Rules
N1 Funded offers evaluation programs that may include one step (Phase 1 only), two steps (Phase 1 + Phase 2), or Instant access to N1 Master (as displayed on the Pricing/Plans section). Each program shares the same core rule framework, while profit targets, drawdown limits, minimum trading days, and fees differ by plan and are defined on the plan table.
If you violate any rule in this section, all open positions may be closed, your account may be terminated, and any right to a reward may be revoked.
2.1 Phase 1 (Evaluation)
Phase 1 assesses your trading skill, discipline, and risk management under predefined limits. You must reach the profit target for your selected plan without breaching any rule, and meet the minimum trading days requirement (as shown on the Pricing/Plans section).
2.2 Phase 2 (Evaluation – where applicable)
For 2-step programs, Phase 2 is intended to confirm that Phase 1 results were achieved through consistent trading rather than chance. You must reach the Phase 2 profit target for your plan without breaching any rule, and meet the minimum trading days requirement (as shown on the Pricing/Plans section).
2.3 Maximum Daily Loss Limit (Daily DD)
The Maximum Daily Loss is the maximum amount you are permitted to lose within a single trading day.
The higher value of Equity or Balance is used for daily loss calculations.
Daily loss includes floating PnL + closed PnL for that day.
The daily limit resets at 00:00 server time each day.
Your daily DD percentage depends on your chosen plan (e.g., 4% for certain 1-step plans, 5% for 2-step evaluation/master plans, 3% for Instant N1 Master), exactly as displayed on the Pricing/Plans section.
2.4 Maximum Loss Limit (Total DD)
The Maximum Loss Limit is the maximum total drawdown allowed for the account at any time.
This is a fixed percentage of the initial account size (starting balance).
Your Equity or Balance must not fall below the allowed threshold at any time.
Your total DD depends on your chosen plan (e.g., 8% for certain 1-step plans, 10% for 2-step evaluation/master plans, 6% for Instant N1 Master), exactly as displayed on the Pricing/Plans section.
2.5 News Trading and Weekend Holding
2.5.1 During Evaluation (Phase 1 and Phase 2)
Unless otherwise stated on a specific plan, holding trades over the weekend and trading during news is permitted in the Evaluation stages.
2.5.2 During N1 Master
On N1 Master, permissions may depend on the selected reward cycle. For N1 Funded, the active reward cycle is On-Demand, and under On-Demand, news trading is allowed, subject to all other program rules (including drawdown, toxic flow rules, and prohibited strategy rules).
N1 Funded may still take action against intentional “news gambling” behaviour (e.g., repeatedly attempting to exploit extreme volatility with reckless risk) under the Toxic Trading Flow and Prohibited Strategy provisions.
2.6 Trading Strategy (What You Can and Cannot Do)
You are free to trade using your own approach—including holding positions, using reasonable lot sizes, and applying standard risk management—as long as you do not engage in prohibited conduct, including but not limited to:
Gap trading
High-frequency trading (HFT)
Server spamming / request flooding
Latency arbitrage
Toxic trading flow
Hedging between accounts / opposite-account trading
Long/short arbitrage or reverse arbitrage
Tick scalping / ultra-short execution abuse
Any attempt to manipulate execution conditions
Copy trading, third-party account management, or trade-copier services
Expert Advisors (EAs):
EAs are permitted only if they function as a trade manager or risk manager.
Signal bots, fully automated strategy EAs, or third-party execution systems may be restricted or prohibited.
If the Platform detects prohibited automation or third-party management, the account may be terminated.
Core principle: Your ideas, our risk. You must demonstrate real trading skill—attempts to game the system can lead to immediate disqualification.
-
3. Toxic Trading Flow
“Toxic Trading Flow” refers to trading behaviour that indicates reckless risk-taking or exploitative intent that threatens platform integrity and evaluation fairness. Toxic flow may trigger limitations, profit adjustments, rule enforcement, or termination.
Common examples include:
Excessive Risk-Taking / Over-Leveraging
Opening positions that place disproportionate risk on the account or repeatedly pushing toward margin stress.
Maximum Lot Exposure Limit (2-Step N1 Master only)
To reduce overexposure risk, 2-Step N1 Master accounts may have a maximum open lot exposure:- $25,000: max 10 lots
- $50,000: max 20 lots
- $100,000: max 40 lots
- No limit may apply to certain smaller account sizes (as defined on the Platform)
Notes:
- The limit applies to open trades (not a daily count).
- If exceeded, profits from trades opened above the limit may be deducted.
- If deductions cause a drawdown breach, the trader remains responsible for the violation.
- First detection may result in a warning; repeat breaches may lead to closure, deductions, and additional measures.
Gambling Behaviour
Emotion-driven trading (revenge trading, “all-in” attempts, chasing losses) may be treated as toxic flow.
Master Accounts – Max Loss Per Trade (Risk Cap)
On N1 Master, your maximum loss per “trade idea” must not exceed 3% of account size. A “trade idea” includes:- One position, or splitting into multiple positions
- Re-entering the same instrument and direction within 5 minutes of closing may be counted as the same idea
Overtrading
Repeated entries/exits without a coherent strategy may be flagged as toxic.
HFT & Tick Scalping
Excessive rapid-fire trading intended to exploit micro-moves may be restricted or prohibited.
Arbitrage
Arbitrage strategies lacking genuine market thesis (including hedged arbitrage across firms or latency exploitation) are treated as toxic and may result in termination.
Poor Money Management / Behavioral Patterns
Repeated margin stress, consistently trading illiquid hours to exploit conditions, or consistent disregard of risk controls may trigger restrictions.
Reverse Trading Indicators
Patterns such as risking full daily loss repeatedly on a single idea, especially when consistent with opposite positions elsewhere, may lead to review or termination.
N1 Funded may apply safeguards, including reduced leverage, lot restrictions, trade count limits, stricter risk caps, or bans, to preserve platform integrity.
-
4. Trading Instruments
4.1 Tradable Instruments & Commission
N1 Funded may offer access (in demo form) to instruments including Forex, Crypto, Indices, Metals, and Energies, with trading costs (spreads/commission) defined on the Platform. The Platform may apply RAW-style pricing and commissions depending on the instrument group and account type.
4.2 Leverage
Leverage differs by instrument class and is defined by the Platform. Unless stated otherwise, leverage for 2-step model accounts may follow a structure similar to:
- Forex: up to 1:100
- Metals: up to 1:30
- Indices: up to 1:20
- Energies: up to 1:10
- Crypto: up to 1:2
-
5. Account Credentials & Access
After purchase, login credentials are issued to you. You must not sell, share, transfer, or grant access to others.
- Changing credentials or attempting to bypass access controls may lead to suspension.
- Using signal bots, trade copiers, or third-party managed trading services is prohibited.
- N1 Funded may monitor activity for compliance; rule breaches can result in suspension or termination.
-
6. Rewards (Payouts)
6.1 Reward Cycle – On-Demand (Active Cycle)
Upon receiving an N1 Master account, you may request rewards under the On-Demand cycle with the following terms:
- Reward split: 90%
- Request timing: you may request at any time
- News trading: allowed (subject to all other rules)
- Consistency Score requirement: 30%
- Minimum reward request: must be greater than 2.5% of the account size (including the split)
6.1.1 Consistency Score (30%)
To request an On-Demand reward, your Consistency Score must meet the 30% requirement.
A typical consistency framework is:
- Consistency Score = (Highest Daily Net Profit ÷ Total Net Profit) × 100
- You must be at or below the allowed threshold (30%) to be eligible to request a reward.
If you do not meet the requirement, you may continue trading until you do. The consistency measurement resets after each approved reward.
Transfers and payouts may be subject to processing time, exchange rates, and transaction fees.
-
7. Scaling Up
N1 Funded may offer a scaling plan to reward consistent performance over time. Scaling conditions are designed to recognize traders who demonstrate repeatable skill and solid risk management.
A typical scaling pathway may include milestone levels (e.g., Level 1 through Elite status), where reaching defined targets (such as a set number of approved rewards and total profitability) can result in:
- Increased capital allocation
- Improved drawdown thresholds
- Priority support or tools
- Enhanced reward terms (where applicable)
All scaling decisions are subject to review and must remain compliant with these Terms and the Platform’s rules.
-
8. Refunds
Challenge access fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
However, N1 Funded may offer a fee refund program for traders who successfully complete the evaluation and meet defined milestones.A typical structure may be:
- Traders who pass the Evaluation may receive a refund of the paid fee together with the 4th approved reward.
Eligibility, timing, and processing are subject to Platform rules and review.
-
9. Inactivity
Any account that remains inactive (no trading activity) for 30 days may be automatically suspended. N1 Funded may require re-verification or additional checks before reactivation.
-
10. IP Address & Location Integrity
You may access your account while traveling; the same IP address is not required. However, we monitor access patterns for platform integrity.
If we detect unrealistic or inconsistent location changes, we may request verification. Acceptable proof may include:
- Flight ticket / boarding pass
- Passport stamp or entry record
- A short live video demonstrating presence in the stated location
Failure to provide adequate verification may result in restrictions, suspension, or termination.
Terms of Use
Please read these terms carefully before using N1Funded's services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
