N1Funded provides access to a proprietary trading evaluation platform designed to assess individual trading skills in a simulated trading environment. By accessing this website, creating an account, or purchasing any challenge or service offered by N1Funded, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and related services.
The services provided by N1Funded are strictly limited to trading skill evaluation and performance assessment. All trading activity performed on the N1Funded platform takes place in a demo environment. Trades are simulated, representative in nature, and do not involve real capital, real market execution, or live brokerage accounts. Any performance metrics, statistics, or profit figures displayed on the platform are hypothetical and do not guarantee future performance or results.
N1Funded does not act as a broker, does not provide investment advice, does not manage client funds, and does not accept deposits for the purpose of live trading. Participation in the N1Funded program does not constitute an investment service, financial product, portfolio management service, or any form of regulated financial activity.
Users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally permitted to participate in trading-related activities in their country of residence. It is the sole responsibility of each user to ensure that their participation complies with all applicable local laws, regulations, and restrictions. N1Funded reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or deny access to users from certain jurisdictions or regions without prior notice.
By registering an account with N1Funded, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate account suspension or
termination. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account, whether authorized or unauthorized.
N1Funded may suspend or terminate access to any account if it reasonably believes that the account is being used in violation of these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws, or platform rules.
N1Funded offers trading challenges under predefined rules, objectives, and evaluation criteria. All account types follow the same core rule set, with differences limited to account size, profit targets, drawdown limits, and access fees. Purchasing a challenge grants access to the evaluation environment only and does not guarantee progression to a funded account.
Passing a challenge does not automatically result in a funded account. All funded offers are made at the sole discretion of N1Funded and may be subject to additional review, verification, and compliance checks. Funded traders, if approved, operate as independent participants and not as employees, agents, or partners of N1Funded.
Fees paid for challenges are access fees for participation in the evaluation program and are non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of duplicate or verified technical payment errors. Any attempt to abuse the platform, exploit system vulnerabilities, manipulate trading conditions, hedge between accounts, or use third-party automation or prohibited strategies may result in immediate account termination and permanent disqualification from future participation.
N1Funded is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. The platform and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. By continuing to use the platform, you acknowledge that simulated trading involves inherent risks and that you fully accept all risks associated with participation in the N1Funded program.
